Azi Doost | Co-founding COO
Startup operator, scaled tech for social impact.
Azi has led growth, built strong teams, and supported product development in impact-driven industries. At Pal, Azi oversees product development, operations, and partnerships.
William Hurst | CTO
With nearly 20 years in software engineering, William has been part of the founding team, and led multiple technology startups. At Pal, William leads technology development, system architecture, and platform scalability.

Marcus is a nurse by training, with 20+ years experience in nursing & healthcare regulation. At Pal, Marcus leads our clinical compliance, ensuring all content is medically reviewed prior to publication.
